Proposal Submission

The ICEB 2026 organizing committee calls for potential conference tracks and track chairs. Proposals for complete tracks have a higher probability of inclusion than papers submitted individually.

Scholars wishing to organize a complete track and serve as the track chairs for ICEB 2026 are invited to submit proposals electronically to the ICEB 2026 program committee at iceb2026@buaa.edu.cn by February 15, 2026.

Complete tracks normally contain four to five papers. Track proposals should include the proposed track co-chairs with photos, track title, brief introduction, and at least 5 topics. The acceptance decision will be made by the ICEB 2026 organizing committee by March 1, 2026.

Once the proposed track is accepted, the proposed track will be added to the paper submission portal. Authors in each accepted track should then submit their paper individually to the corresponding track by March 15, 2026.

Submission Requirements

• Name the document with your name and the conference name: for example, Name_ICEB2026Tracks.pdf;
• Email it as an attachment to iceb2026@buaa.edu.cn;
• The subject of the email should be "ICEB2026_Tracks_Application".

• February 15, 2026 - Deadline for tracks proposals
• March 1, 2026 - Track proposal acceptance announcement
• March 15, 2026 - Deadline for paper submission
