Presentation time
Each paper presentation session is scheduled for 90 minutes unless otherwise noted. Please follow the session chair's time arrangement and join the VooV Meeting room on time.
No shows
Please note that all presenters are expected to present their work in their assigned sessions. In case of no-shows, papers may be removed from the formal proceedings even if the publication fee has been paid, and no refund will be honored. If you cannot attend the conference due to an emergency, please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible so that the publication privilege can be retained.

Session Chair
As a session chair, you need to review the papers in your session before entering the session room. Please enter the session room at least five minutes before the session starts to ensure all presenters are there. If your session has online presenters, please make sure you are familiar with VooV Meeting beforehand. Once the session begins on time, you should:
- Start by introducing the attendees to the session topic, the paper titles, and their presenters.
- Make sure all PPTX files are loaded on the computer.
- Ask the authors whether they have any special requests to present their papers earlier. If not, follow the paper order listed on the schedule.
- Control the presentation time allowed for each presenter.
- At the end of each presentation, allow time for Q&A.
- After all presentations and Q&As, allow you or discussants to comment on the papers.
- Close the session and farewell by taking a group photo and exchanging contact information.
